Can anyone shed light on what's going on with my chakras?? I've previously had little awareness of them except for when I was coming out of my 5th breakdown, and could feel them for a while. But now, 6 months after recovery from the most recent breakdown they are all going crazy...

For the first few months it feel very electrical and non-specific, but now the electricity aspect has lessened a bit and all my chakras are pulsating and throbbing virtually all the time. Mostly at night - I can spend hours awake just observing and feeling them going off one by one - the heart and the third eye are particularly strong, and they both seem to connect to my sinuses which have been and continue to be really dreadful at times.

But I also feel them in the day too. And they respond very quickly to emotional states. Eg I went to see Moulin Rouge at the flicks - and Baz Luhmann is my creative mentor/hero - he's the most talented creative person on earth for me. From the moment the film started my brain virtually swelled up as if it was trying to break out of my skull! It made watching the film a pretty uncomfortable experience.

Also - ho hum here comes that old British reticence.... I've been feeling the base of spine chakra too for first time ever and sexual energies the like of which I've never felt before - em... animal, as opposed to loving and spiritual which has been my experience up to now, let's leave it at that.

This corresponds with a time in my life when I truly feel I'm finally getting my shit together and becoming the person I wanted to be ie myself!

WHAT is going on??
