Awakening is a very individual process. For me the sometimes stubborn (
Taurus ) type, it perhaps had to be spontaneously evoked.....when I
wasn't lookin'!!!...and continues on in that way for me. ( surrender you
are safe, surrender you are safe seems to be my lesson, over and over
again!!!)

Just a personal note: If you are ready to let go of all of who you
think you are....it will probably be an easy ride. Think of all the
ways that you define yourself...good at this, believe in that...feel
strongly about X, Y and Z....and then be prepared to throw MOST of it
away, because THAT, is just what is able to happen. Awakening K
energy is the same thing as awakening more of who you are, your
potential etc and releasing the limitations that we have placed on
ourselves as energy within human bodies.. It can be the most terrifying
AND the most rewarding experiences BUT it is in the aftereffect of then
KNOWING who you yourself are and how INCREDIBLE life is that is the
really 'cool' part! The fact that your heart and interests are guiding
you to search in this direction is right...your heart is NEVER
wrong...nor will it speak the exact same language as anyone elses heart
specifically at any given time. Just keep ANSWERING it with following
through with what you feel drawn to do.

For me, a body work by the trademark name of Trager was my trigger;
however, I believe it was the particularly spiritually awakened
practitioner that allowed my own 'blasting wide open experience'...( in
front of an informal audience at a public library workshop non the
less!!) that opened me up...and I have never been the same emotionally,
physically, mentally, and spiritually since...THANK God!!!
