Hi,

I've been reading an excellent book entitled "Qigong Empowerment". The book
has sections on numerous Chi development exercises, including Tummo -
Achieving the Spirtual Flame, and 9 Esoteric Hand Seals. One section is
entitled "Emitting and Absorbing Qi", and outlines a number of exercises
from numerous traditions that are geared to these purposes. The authors
state that it doesn't take 20 years to learn this, one can develop
rudimentary abilities quite quickly. Over here in Manchester, UK there is
Master Michael Tse, who teaches Qi Gong and has demonstrated impressive Qi
projection abilities. I'd be interested to hear what other list members
know about this subject from the various yogic and qi gong traditions.
Another thing I'm interested in is this : poltergeist acitvity is associated
with disturbed adolescents - might it be that they are also using Qi
projection / telekinetic abilities, although unconsciously?
