Hi everyone:

I joined this list a few moments ago, after searching for material on
third-eye activation. My third eye tends to be pulsing a bit and
synchronicity led me here ...
   I am going through an awakening now. I was not even sure of what
kundalini energy is and stumbled (for what of a better word) on Karin
Hanningan's piece on awakening at
<http://hmt.com/kundalini/awaken.html>. I have to say that I have
been going through most of these physiological symptions, including
severe heart pains.
   My craniosacral therapist has told me the source of the pains,
which I don't wish to discuss just yet. The other signs:
precognition, irritability, sexual appetite, very slow breathing
(even when exercising!) are present.
   I know little about this area presently - or rather, know it but
have yet to experience knowing it (!) - but would like to hear from
others who might shed some light, especially on my original search to
learn more about third-eye development.
