Dear Friends,

I've often told my story about my spontaneous awakening
at a rehabilitation village in the desert. I might have
mentioned how a few hours before the big event, I
was writing intensely and made a huge discovery
about myself by using sort of a six part cryptogram.
To anyone else, it would look like just some crazy,
numbered lines of prose with scribbles arrows pointing
them together.

Wild eyed, I handed this paper to my counselor as
part of therapy exercise.... he put in his files four
years ago and that's the last I ever saw it....

...until today.

Another counselor there (who suspected I was
having a spiritual experience as opposed a
loose marble attack) dug into the archives, found
my file, copied and mailed it to me.

The unopened envelope is sitting by my computer now.

It contains that piece of paper with my personal
answer to the ultimate question of life, death, the
universe and everything. (no, I didn't write 42).

Seriously, though, this is a big moment for me and
I wanted to share it with the K list. I'm going to
open it right now.................................

................not quite what I expected. I have to look
it over more. The last lines say, "My head, my head.
It may be a good idea to keep quiet about some things.
My body. Can it wait patiently while a higher power
makes plans?"

It looks like I have something for my scrap book.

It's been quite a journey.....
