Subject: [K-list] aware of the present moment

Greetings,

My name is Dan and I am new to the list and happily enjoying the waves of
special ‘K' emanating from posts and from thinking about the list….

From reading Susans posts and felix´s response:

If you have ever experienced Lucid dreaming, as I´m sure people on this list
have, that moment when you “Wake up” in your dream and with that comes the
realization that you are in a place or space were you can create what ever
reality you want, there is no past, there is no future – your just there.
And the sensation of being lucid is not a thinking going on in your head –
how to describe the lucidity experienced in such dreams – well, it´s a
feeling, a sense, a cool breeze, a lightness of being, wakefulness, but not
hyper aware.
AWAKE! alive, looking at a world that is an empty canvas and your the
painter.
I do not have many lucid dreams, several a year, so if someone is an adept
at it, maybe they can say if this concept of god realization, or being in
the moment is the moment of fully waking up and knowing that you are god.

But in the lucid states of dreams is a place I can think / feel (?) what it
might be like to be “aware of the present moment of now”
