One Emotion.
Different faces. : )
I find that when I get out of whack it's because
I've been neglecting those emotions/feeling.
The longer they are ignored the worse things get on every level.
Those emotions are like a long, lost friend when I can see that,
and when we reunite there is great joy
(and perhaps some regret we 'separated').
The intimate longing of the spirit rests in peace
and the commitment to stay together
becomes re-energized
(for a little while anyhow)
