Thanks David,
Anger can be a potent ally or enemy in growth(in the end it is really only
an ally). It's all in how it is used. I find, that with me, anger can be
well hidden. I am learning to see it when it manifests as such. I have
used it as a tool in clearing, very powerful when done properly. Then I
bring it up purposely. When it manifests on its own I need to see it for
what it is. When I do, I get quite a chuckle. I don't try to get rid of
it, otherwise I find the energy will kink within me. Instead I feel it
without thought. This is interesting to do with all the emotions. A while
back when depressed I did this. My body was in such turmoil but I didn't
allow thoughts due to it to project to my spirit. The neck up was off
limits to the emotion. I have found that the spirit can change emotions in
an instant(as fast as thought) but the body needs time to catch up.
Thanks for the insights. It helped me resurface knowledge I need at this
time.
with peace and love,
nick
