Yes. 1000 mcg (5 x 200 mcg) of chromium picolinate/day
has *cured* many type 2 folks. This evidence was actually
presented at a Diabetes convention (don't feel like digging up the year
or Diabetes Organization) but they were all just silent. (ho hum).

(guesses you already did)

Take 5 x 200 mcg of chromium picolinate a day. Split it in say 3 doses (2, 2 & 1).

Time one of those doses immediately after you've exercised.

If your goal is to lose fat (not always necessarily weight)
Then do not eat anything upon awakening. Do your exercise early in the day and then
do not eat anything for 3 hours after. (tho do drink lots of pure water). You should supplement
with protein powder after to prevent lean tissue loss. That's crucial because
lean tissue (muscle) is the engine that burns fat and you do not want to be stripping that
off (big problem with scam diets that utilize just calorie restriction for short term weight loss)
You should feel very hungary during that 3 hour period. Don't give in to it. This regimen
will become easier as you keep doing it.

Big secret to successfully stripping off fat is to weight train.
This adds precious muscle (which decays with usual aging).
You will be making your fat burning engine bigger and cranking up your metabolism.
(immune function is intimately tied to lean tissue presence consequently).
