Subject: [K-list] Psychic Self Defense

Hello list member,

I wanted to pass along some information on psychic self defense.

First, someone claiming they are going to quash you or harm you in a psychic way can only do so if
you allow it. Ever hear of the killing stick. This was a stick used by medicine men from a tribe in
Africa. All the medicine man had to do was point the stick at a particular person and that person
would die. Same way vodo and other mystical attacks work. So one prime ingredient of an attack
is through ones belief. If one believes that another can commit such a psychic attach, well, the
battle is already lost.

Okay, other attacks do exists so here is a method I paid a nice price for that I will divulge free of
charge.

The method is called chakra spinning. This is something that can be done on the chakras
individually, but for this discourse I am only going to focus on the overall energy surrounding a
being, because that is where the protection lies. There are two energy balls surrounding you that
when spun in a certain way will make it impossible for another to attack. The only way an attack
can occur may be from a being that travels faster than thought(that's a whole other issue that will
unlikely come up). The proper spin is to spin the outer one top down towards the front and the next
one in clockwise if viewed from above. The spin when done very fast will make an attacker
unable to do act. As a matter of fact the attack will probably rebound back on the attacker!

If this is done with the individual chakras, starting from 0(below one's feet) on up to 8(above the
head) a tremendous energy surge will be felt, at least for me. Helps to clear up a lot of garbage and
to balance one out. Don't worry about the other layers deeper in, when the outer two spin properly
the others will follow. An important point to mention is that one should pick a point on the particular
chakra that is spinning for each layer. Those points should touch during each spin.

If one is threatened by a supposed enlighten being, please realize that they still have ego left.
Their true potential will be stagnated until such a time as they face why they feel a need to prove
themselves. Be compassionate, but firm. We've spent many lifetimes together on this planet
playing such silly games of one upmanship. The easiest ones to recognize are the times when race
or beliefs are pitted against each other. Any time one group believes it is better than another, be
weary. Nothing good will come of such actions.
