TO Susan,

 You are very right, The role of not eating meat is a higher level of what you call 'k'.
 Because of 2 reasons this happens.

 A: Natural food supplies more to your Energy ,karma, Spirit, what ever you want to call it, .
Meats dilute your pureness thus blocking your full
potential.

 Imagine filling a gas motor with desil, what happens? It wasnt build for that but why not
it is gas, gas is gas, food is food?

 I see a person I am going to watch grow to my level "Finaly!..
