Jeez, David, how could I forget that? ;P

I have become a chronic label reader and am quite familiar with all
the euphemnistic analog names for sugar these days, even the "-tols".
I have to really toast the bread or it sits in my stomach like a rock.

Yep, do that, do that. I can actually tell the taste difference
between local cage free vegetarian fed hens and the factory farmed
eggs. I am so glad I live in Colorado where organic produce and
choices abound. The Wild Oats store is just a mile walk from my
apartment.
Do ya think I should just buy a bottle of flax seed oil or would just
a tablespoon of the organic cold pressed virgin olive oil on my salad
do the trick? I know Angelique has talked about how flax seed oil is
good for the nervous system for kundalites. And of course> ionic-exchanged whey protein. I make a shake of this

Going to the organic market there is so many choices of what kind of
whey protein to buy. And the soy protein smell is kinda unattractive
to me.

Fat from unprocessed oils, nuts (another good absorption regulator),

I take in about 30 gms of protein a day now primarily from organic
very sharp aged cheddar (yummy!), yogurt, and boiled eggs. Good thing
there is only me living with me. Organic gets expensive and I spend
about $100.00 a month on food. Don't eat out much anymore cause the
portions are too big and way too much carbs and chemically tasting.

I will try that.

My doctor and my nutritionist don't like me grazing. Oh well, I tell
them I can't eat just three meals a day. I have to have my green
veggies and cheese in between...so I am eating 6 very small meals a
day. Like for breakfast this morning... a piece of well toasted
oatmeal bread with a little sesame nut butter and just a little
honey. Everything organic and locally grown and made. I also took the
200 mcg of chro pic. I didn't eat again till 1:30pm cause that was
when I was hungry. Had a little nachos and chili. The corn tortillas
made me sweat and feel weak...sigh. That'll teach me to not to eat
there again. I am sure the tortilla chips were highly processed. I
should know better these days. Everything non organic takes like a
chemical formula. I know food is chemicals but you know what I mean.
At least the organic free range meat doesn't taste chemically like
the meat at the market. All my life I have had what my father called
a 'cast iron stomach' and now it goes and gets sensitive on me. :) >

That's not hard since I don't have a car and everything is within a
mile's walking distance from my apartment. What is nice here in
Denver is they have bike racks on the bus.
Bare minimum is 5 days a week for 30 minutes. Doesn't have to

dance, whatever.

Sounds great, thanks for the info and I will put it into practice. I
think I will walk my poor man's Stairmaster more often. I live on the
third floor (no elevator) and it will come in handy when it starts to
get really cold outside.
