I don't remember who wrote this story.

It takes place at a temple where people take their shoes off before entering.

Three or four men are standing at the entry wandering what to do about their shoes in fear of them getting stolen.

The first ones says with proud, I put my most expensive shoes to come to pray. If someone steals them it will help him buy some food.

The other one says, I bring the less expensive one so not to temp the poor ones in stealing in front of the Supreme.

Another one says I bring a bag and carry them inside.

As they go on discussing of the best way to bring their shoes to the temple without temping the poor ones assisting also,

But, in their discussion, they don't see the people going in the temple with no shoes who don't not even noticing that they are expansive shoes lying at the entry, for their mind is set on a simple thing, how to make the perfect prayer.
