Back of the neck is associated with stubborness. Headaches are usually caused by too much energy in your head....

:)) Yes, you are right. I used to have those awful headaches for
years. Doctors and medications never worked. As you advised, I worked with them letting them flow out like pollen, and lessened
meditation. It worked too, long walks. It seems they are absolutely gone. I, was, am quite a stubborn me.
