Hi Nick,

I guess you can call me a middle awakening. It felt like someone had
grabbed my spine in the middle of my back and was shaking it like a
high voltage cable in the wind...snapping and lashing it around like
a whip...while all around me the very air moved in snake like
waves...sigh...lovely....

Then the fire erupted in my base chakra like a volcano...then later
it jumped to my crown then to my second chakra...it seems the k is
heart balancing now... :) (This is happening over the space of about
10 years. If the process had been quicker maybe I might be
crazier. ;D)
