Namaste All,
For all those that are waiting for with baited breath for the next
pronouncement on Tonyisms, I offer this. Speaking non nirgunally that
is.
Based on my own experiences and observations, the words of sages such
as Jesus, Ramana and the Buddha, and psychics like Edgar Cayce; I
suggest the following.
Karma is the sankrit for action or work.
Cayce in his readings on karma, states that the karma of an action is
earned and happens in some way at the same time as it is performed.
Presumably because there is no time, and/or it is programmed into the
subconscious inner vehicles.
Jesus talks of it in these terms; 'And it is easier for heaven and
earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail'...Jesus..Luke
XVI:17.
'For verily I say unto you, Til heaven and earth pass, one jot or one
tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be
fulfilled.'..Matt: v:18.
Ramana says all karma has to be paid and that so called good karma has
to be repaid as well, and the only way to stop this is by overcoming
it. Cutting the tree at the roots, rising above the mind permanently.
The Buddha and others reiterate the same.
This is why Jesus preached the 'Golden Rule', of do unto others as you
would wish them to do to you, not do what they did to you! So
perpetuating karma.
It has to correspond for the mind/entity to learn by the same
experience, or very similar. For example a girl in one of the Cayce
readings suffered from hip cancer, eating away the bone. He said this
was as a result of her delight in Roman times at the arena, when a
christian girl was gnawed alive on the hip by a lion!!!
The European Empires of Europe were bled dry in two wars, and in the
blitzes of the second world war, there was a WTC, bombing EVERYNIGHT!
for days and months on end, culminating in the nuclear attacks on
Japan.
The example is that empires fall hard for the ego of the empire build
great karma and suffering, so must end the same way.
Hence my reference to the annhilation of the Amerindians and their
infection with smallpox blankets by the US military etc.
I don't want to go into a litany of the last 200 years, others have,
but karma can come back in any lifetime. All those for example that
cheer and approve of violence and destruction take on the 'group',
karma of that nation's actions. For what else is a nation but its
people. So for example at the WTC, group and single karma would have
returned, as is happening now to innocents in Afghanistan etc.
War will not stop until war and violence stop, it is that simple, the
allies are busy stacking up more karma as are the terrorists. I see no
Righteouness, Judaism, Christianity, or Islam in these actions at all.
Most of the screaming flag wavers are acting vicariously.
At our thanksgiving dinner the other day, the lady whose friend was
killed on one of the planes was invited. I heard no screams for
vengeance from her or support for the war.
Warmongers are out making bad karma that's all!
There is no hiding as it says in the scriptures, your karma will
follow you to the forest even, if you try to hide from it.
Karma cannot be wiped clean, although it can be vitiated to some
extent it seems, but the only way to overcome karma is to overcome the
mind, and karmic memory will still happen but no individual is there
to receive it........ONS........Tony.
PS. To the wag who talked of canadians incurring karma by buying US
Cheap gas. I thought it was cheap Arab gas, or otherwise what is this
all about?
