 Hey all,

 I've had a strange experience. I've been surrendering everything and
exploding blocks like crazy. Now one time I was doing this it was
such a rush I kinda dropped out of things for a second, and then I
noticed that something was wrong. I felt like I had just fallen out
of something. Like I was missing something.

 I call this type of feeling my just lost my mind feeling. Its very
bad that I know in detail what this feels like. I tend to experience
it when things go so bad and are totaly out of my control. Never when
things are going good. Its like you look down at your body, you touch
it. But your not there. Your not there inside. And you dont know why
or how. You've lost something important. You tend to forget about
what everything was before this point in time. Its a big nothing. Its
terrifying. You feel outside of the world. Lost.

 When I get this back. Its when I feel good again and not so hunted
and beaten all the time. Its like one day.. you know... you are home
again. All inside. It feels so good..

 So this is what it feels like...

 Does anyone else feel this? I almost feel like I might have broken
something in me. To much energy going at once. I'm kinda scarred.

 Now I'm thinking that maybe I should start doing yoga of some sort
to get myself ready for this energy. Or should I?
