If you take the time to read through the mailing lists postings, read up on Kundalini from other sources and reflect personally as to what
you believe then you can decide if you believe it is for you. It seems you are on the track of knowing more of what is out there, but are
afraid of the first step.

You are also correct about the mental illness appearance, I am not directing this at those on the mailing lists, but to the mental
institutions. Many of the people in mental institutions are actually going through the Kundalini. Not knowing what it is doctor dope up
these people thereby blocking the proper flow of energy through the body. So instead of getting through the process cleanly, they are
held up midstream.

My question for you to consider is, what causes the inner fire, shivers, etc? You talk of effects only, but what is the cause.
Furthermore, what is the cause of life? The body is effect. Thoughts, emotions, movement, etc. are the effects of some other cause.
What is that cause? The answer to those questions can not be given to you, you must go within for the answer. If it is given you will
lose the impact of the meaning.
