In trying to understand we have already fallen into the trap. The trap
being the mind. The mind the collection of pre-conceived thoughts, ideas,
perceptions. Every thought is a judgement every decision is the mind
creating the divide, the divide being right and wrong. They are wrong I am
right I am wrong they are right. There is no right there is no wrong.
Being lost in the need to think to conceptualize everything is the only
barrier we need to allow ourselves to dissolve. It takes no effort. The
more effort we apply sometimes the greater the battle. Such are the fields
within the mind. We are sad depressed, we yearn, we long for joy, happiness
We experience joy and happiness and we become afraid of losing it. Then
with the fear it is lost. All concepts must be let go of. There must be no
attachments to anything, there is only acceptance. Acceptance that we must
eventually live outside of the mind within the self. The mind is the closed
door to the self. But be the observer of the mind and then see how the mind
ceases to be the mind but dissolves into the essence, into the ultimate
reality.
We must observe but remain unattached. We become obsessed driven by our
minds that we must do this, we must do that. We get hung-up, strung-out on
the form, the ritual, the way. Our mind drives has us chasing our tales
with its endless doubting. We find something intuitively for ourselves.
Then when lost in this searching we read or see something else and begin to
doubt what we had, begin to doubt the depth of our own unique experience. We
compare, and again we strive and again we waver and then we feel we are once
again at the beginning. This is the game we play when we become afraid of
the external death. Celebrate the emptiness the times you feel it, die to
yourself and allow your soul to be reborn. Prepare the cosmic womb for your
growth and birth. Forget who you were and be who you know you are.
Much Love
Ejaye
