Hi Siska ,

It makes sense - under all "selfish" conditioning hidden,
are the natural talents - often some that are slumbering
yet. The less a sense of ownership, fear, shame, guilt,
embarrassment etc., the more natural and free you will feel.
This will show spontaneously in behavior... Regarding the
natural talents and abilities, each mind-body is unique but without the above
list starting with "ownership", there is no attachment - hence
causeless joy and freedom. Not theory but "experience" :)
