(sorry to the individual I sent this message to- I meant to send it to the
group) :)
I want to say I hear your frustration... I have recently gotten to the point
where I feel very uncomfortable when anyone (even me!, especially me!) tried
to interpret or analyze my experience (images, emotions, feelings, dreams,
sensations, insights)- as opposed to be with it, listen to it or be willing
to guide me deeper into it.

As I have been hunting around my criterea for my prospective counselors be
four-fold:

a)they were well versed in understanding the difference between perception
(seeing things as they are, with compassion) and judgement (interpretation,
analysis).
b)they have been deeply committed to a spiritual transformative path
c)they have some sort of practical way for us to explore the what is ocring
for me
d)they have no negative judgements about the "dark" side of life

I am happy to say at last I found one- and I also must say that all of my
years of frustration I felt with counselors came from not being clear about
what I wanted.

I am sorry you are not getting what you are looking for- and wish you peace
and happy hunting.

[they are soo blind, so
uncaring, so unfeeling, a lot of it is ego based. I wish I could show
then who they really are sometimes...]
