  Whatever we do, it will be wrong, Sherri. Even if we were to just sit back and 'take it up the tailpipe' w/out doing anything, it'd be the same noise we're hearing now. America is blamed for *everything* 'evil' and 'bad' in the world. Ppl starve, die of disease, animals become extinct, wars happen, and it's *all* because our slimy tentacles have touched them.

  Yes - maybe Cleo is right; maybe it's now American to be un-American. Maybe we *did* do it to ourselves! That's right up the CIA's alley, right? Maybe capitalism and free enterprise *are* a stupid way to run a country, and our boys in black are gonna see to it we don't keep it up.

  I really don't think life around the world would change all that much if we decided to stay to ourselves. But even then, Sherri, again it'd be our fault that we didn't do anything. I'm pretty sure though, if we said 'see ya later' and btw 'pay us back the bucks you owe', there would be a huge change.

  We are all
  connected so being Anti_American is a form of judging too, don't you think?

  One thing this situation has created is that many, many ppl are now having to wrestle with their judgment demons.
