wow, just have to say _good timing_. thanks. today was the first time in
about a year that i had a resurgence of an anxiety problem, fearing that i
am going insane, coupled with suicidal inclinations, prob connected with or
triggered by the state of the world at the moment. having been through this
several times already (one time landing me in the ward...actually, i walked
myself to the ward and committed myself not knowing what else to do) i am
just riding the waves and hoping that it will not linger too long this time.

any wisdom on how to have faith in a crisis of faith? any wisdom on how to
calm the mind and body and ease it away from the waking picture shows and
suggestions of self harm? no matter how many times i go through this, i
don't feel much wiser to the process....just a little more aware and/or
jaded each time.

just keep on surrendering, i guess.
