Hilary, hi.

I have been thinking about bio energy a lot.

1.Prana is the clay that is moulded by our consciousness to fashion our bodies. What you eat is what you become.Your consciousness, in turn, is driven by the impulses of your body.

2.Kundalini is the energy locked in our spine, with a trigger released by our consciousness. Release allows Prana to then to develop centres of perception in our brain, through increase of blood flow through the brain (including in areas where there was no previous perceptible flows). The most obvious effect of K arousal has been the feeling of engorgement of the brain , similar to that felt during penile arousal.

3. New activated brain centres give rise to images that can be hallucinatory. It is a fact that past lives exist, for the simple fact that my arousal took place in a dream sequence involving another person, with whom I have no emotional attachment now.Yet when I first met her, there was a incredible attraction that had faded by the time the awakening happened.

4.I don't do drugs,yoga, or am in the least religious or spiritually inclined, so there is no other trigger for K-release except for the resolution of a past life emotion ( what one would call a smaskara).
