Subject: [K-list] Empathy and Balance

Empathy ... think a lot of us have that right now... the only name I know for this phenomena is called "the grieving of the Holy Spirit"... if this is the same thing you all are referencing ... feels like an intense large, raw but focused soreness - can be quite painful - in the middle of the chest... moving in waves... over the heart area ... deep in the center of the spirit... have been feeling it off and on for months now, more "on" the past two weeks ... have been doing my usual "wait and see" to understand why... well, no doubt now...
As far as how this phenomenon "looks" - the energy vibrates in different colors - a rich gold, which I associate with the ancient and primordial - is the usual state when it is "powering up" and "in residence." This phenomenon will manifest as bright piercing white light that pulsates at a very fast pace and rises sharply when it is accepted and released. When the energy is denied, the energy slows down its pulsating and becomes a dark and "grieving" purple, as if going into a deep dark cave to wait.
This "grieving" can be easily overwhelming ... figure my "job" is to not fold under pressure but rather to stand up - not in rage - but in decision - and demand to keep my balance - otherwise I cannot be of use to the many others who are in deep need right now...
... feel this terrible "grieving" even as I write this to you ... but also possess that "unfathomable peace" - something I experienced when my mother died when I was eleven years old - didn't understand that unusual peace then - but since then have learned that this peace is often given to those who are empathic as a way to help balance all the people around them...
... try not to focus upon the empathy "incoming"/actually God is sharing with us - focus upon balance - the peace that is also "incoming" so that others can draw from you. Many people are not awakened and are terrified and others have just awakened and are even more fearful. We need to steady them too...
... am sure many of us have had visions about "politics to come" for many years now... this is why I "test those visions" and do nothing until led to do... so often we cannot share those visions because, frankly, people are simply not going to listen anyway - denial, fear - ... found that these kinds of "catastrophe"/world event visions are really meant to inform and prepare me emotionally for what is to come - so that I can effectively be of assistance to those who will be in great need...
... terrorists are about the "shock of separation"... creating division in the spirit as well as everyday life... right now my focus is upon "connectedness" because as I choose strength for myself... that same strength is rippled out to everyone who desires it, they will feel it and grab it for their own use.... "Projecting" - even good intentions - is a waste of time as that same energy can easily be repelled by someone in the throes of fear and grief ... basically creating a terrific electrical shock sent back to you...
... people on the ground in New York ... average people caught up in this are rallying to each other ... a terrific example is a shoe store near the blast was handing out walking/running shoes to women running from the blast in high heels ... they were thinking about someone other than themselves and deciding how they could best help ... what was in their own personal power to do? ... they had plenty of comfortable walking/running shoes ... so they just started emptying the store and giving them away ... that was what they were led to do.
... we all have something we can do ... let's not fold under pressure - but rather stand back up and keep standing ... those of us who know and accept that we are spiritually connected let us continue in this profound connection and balance inside ourselves so that those in our circle of connection can draw strength and peace from us at will ... we don't have to project a thing ...
... it's time to quit worrying about who is or isn't what religion or belief system and recognize all of this is about "free will" - and about choices...let us all go where Spirit leads each of us ... and quit worrying and over-thinking and over-analyzing as to why - the why and how and other questions will be answered - in time ... these are trying times and we can rise above this...
... there are times to yield and then there are times to do ...
