i don't know if this has anything to do with what has happened in the US but
from the time i woke up till the time of the disaster energy was screaming
around inside me, i was almost shivering with the buzz. At around 3pm my
time the disaster struck and the enrgy dissipated.

i hardly slept last night, i asked Goddess to help all those in need. i
truely hope that everyone on this list, and their loved ones, are safe.

my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
