Sat nam everyone, this is for people who are familiar with herbal medicine or the such. Does anyone know of any herbal pills I could take for menstrual pain? Sorry i had to ask because I only put herbal things in my body and was wondering if any women are familiar with an herb or something that helps calm menstrual pain especially during the first days (really hurts). I used to take advil but prefer not to now.
