Dear Hilary and Ditteau,

Maybe it would be a good thing to send to your friend our List Survey of
Kundalini Symptoms and Experiences from one of Hilary's POLLS. Of course, it
would be easy to overrule the person you described below when a list of
several hundred contradict what he says... I am sure Hilary will be glad to
point you in the right direction where this data can be found, that you can
get permission to send it and with some degree of authenticity.

him,has told him that kundalini awakening does not happen as a
gradual thing...its like sticking your finger in an electrical outlet
and you would know w/o a doubt if this happened to you,it does not

feeling...he said that anyone who says these are symptoms of
kundalini awakening are misguided...and he practiced kundalini yoga
for 7 years so he knows...my frind sent me a copy of his email to him
wich said all these things...
