Hi Maria!!,
Guess what!!!, I am looking for the same thing!!!!! I have a suggestion,
which I am trying to do, and warning, it is hard, because I am afraid to do
this. Well, there are fasts way to get rid of fear, and slow ways. Now, i'm
guessing you want the fast way!!!!!! And, the fast one is the hard one!!!
It rips away your protection shield, and tears at your fear!!!! So, here it
is!!!!
First, think of one of your fears. Now, once you think of it, pretend you
are telling someone in detail about this fear, and put all your emotions into
it. Do this as long as it takes. now, for me, after I did this, well, I
didn't feel too good, and you just feel like you want to cry and scream, so
guess what!, you can!!! Just please, don't hurtyourself or anyone else.
hehe Seriously, after you feel like you want to cry, just do whatever you
feel like doing with no holdback. Doing this will make you cry more, and you
will serender. Serender. Dance around in an open space or something, pound
on the ground or something, hit a pillow, do whatever you feel like you
should do, and do it until you can't do it anymore. Then, just serender, get
a pillow, lay down, and hug it.
This is my favorite version of it, sorry for the spelling, but it is painful.
 But, I'll say, I use to be afraid of tornadoes and rain, and everytime it
would rain, i would think of tornadoes, and after doing this, my fear is
totally gone.
