Subject: [K-list] Fears

Ok so what I'm I supposed to do throught the day in my
mind in relation to my fears? I thought I was just letting
them go by allowing the anxiety to manifest itself in daily
life. I used to just live with my anxieties/fear without
any spiritual basis/dicipline, and I felt fine for a long
time, but then the fear started dominating me and i started
a pattern of self-destruction. Then I started turning
against myself, or Ego u could say, because it was causing
me pain and I couldnt deal with all that compressed
energy...I had isolated myself in a dark corner thinking i
would be safe but in the end it was really all an illusion.
Now that I consciously see my fears, i want to change, i
want to harmonize all this energy. I guess my question is
the best way to release myself. I have a question as to
how this energy is moving when one is dominated by fear. Is
this all compressed energy? i suppose one is at low
vibration during this state b/c harmony is broken.
I dont know any meditations with drums, is there any tapes
i could listen to? I have to say that my energy compresses
at times and i need a big release, like kickboxing, but in
the meditative version of it, u know what i mean? yeah
like an indian drum dance or something, that would feel
powerful. Does anyone else have any suggestions?
thank u for your words
love light peace,
maria
