Subject: [K-list] Sleep Paralysis

On 2001/08/25 07:02, Autumn Wild posted thus to the K-list:


Occasionally I experience sleep paralysis and what I thought was kriya like
activity during a sleep-like state, (although awake and aware.) Recently,
however I realized that I wasn't physically moving at all, it occured to me
that maybe I was experiencing a cleansing of sorts of the etheric body...?
An etheric kriya...?

Just some thoughts,
