Hello fellow traveler's on the K path,

I want to thank everyone that replied to my question. The smoldering
volcano symbol is for me one of not opening up, repressing and
holding back. So the quest has been to be open and accepting
everything. And yes it has made a remarkable difference these past
few days.

I can't say if it relates to the Manipura chakra or not, sometimes I
am in sphere's of complete red, and other times green.

I was reading the symptoms poll, and wow! I had hoped to find an
answer to the question about at which point do the past life memories
start to surface? I realized that my K has been a long term issue in
its' ascent. Gradual, but when I do give it alot of thought, very
active.

Headaches? The best cure is to daydream. Just burn off the mental
fire with images. Plus it gives the psyche a distraction from
shooting or channelling the energy to the head.

About the back pain in the right sholder area, yes I had that last
year to the point of actually seeing a MD. There is a chakra over
the liver, it has a cross connection to the spleen, I almost wonder
if its a blockage? Mine cleared up, but the emotional issue at the
time was forgiveness and helplessness and defending myself against a
bully.

I wondered about making somekind of K timeline? One that would show
where the 'gradual ascent' person is, in relation to the K rising.
