Sometimes we do unconsciously let others suck on our energy. But by loving
YourSELF unconditionally this will fall away. This man might be very clever,
in ways that you don't perceive yourself as clever, but it can never mean
that he knows what's better for you than you know for yourself. Please, don't
give your own power away! I know whereof I speak.You're very fortunate to not
have had kids with him - sounds like you're taking care of yourself on that
front.
The meditation you learned in Siddha is probably very powerful - grounding
yourself and opening to your own inner guru will give you much love - but the
_grounding_ is very important. There are many different visulaizations that
can help. You've heard the discussion of the trees in this group? That's a
wonderful way! Also please consider using Mystress' visualization:
www.domin8rex.com/serpent/spirit/ground.htm. It can help smooth out your solo
meditation and chanting ( and the fear you've mentioned earlier). But too
much spirit, head meditation can keep you ungrounded from your female source
and it sounds like you'd like to reinforce that now - stay in your body
grounding sounds like the way to go.
