Hi Leaf :-)

This is a better question than you have asked and I will apologise
for giving only the best answer I know :-)
Perception, motivation and intention.
Some people are able to see beneath the outer form (of the communication)
Some people are able to understand the motivation of themself and others.
Some people are able to use their and others intent to good purpose.
Now how you perceive this answer and how it motivates you
is through your intent.
You may just prefer to know, 'people is just plain cranky' . . .
