I am no expert in spiritual horticulture, but what seems true for me is that
every encounter changes me in some way, whether it be with a guru or a
grocer. In the moment of each encounter, when I have been touched by
another's energy, I have an opportunity to be something different from what I
was before the meeting. So, in a sense, perhaps it is like a seed being
planted, but what it results in depends on how well I nourish the seed to
make it grow.
Whether it was just a "wow" experience depends entirely upon you.
