Breath in and at the same time breath light into the area that is troubling
/ tense / heavy etc... Breath out and see the light changling to smoke and
leaving the body (through the nose if you like).
Keep doing this until it shifts. I get head pains alongside racing unrelated
thoughts about all sorts of wild stuff and if I have a bad hangover :-) btw.
I'm not suggesting you can fix a hangover with this.
Key is to get your attention off the thing as it's stuck on it. I got other
methods as well if this doesn't work!
