Hi Paul,
Your note sent my mind off on a tangent as it reminded me of something .
A friend of mine is a student of an Indian woman on the Pala reservation
in San Diego. She said the Indian woman changed into a wolf right before
her eyes. She was matter of fact about it as a natural thing v/s
phenomenal. I asked if the woman had maybe did a type of hypnosis on
her. She said she didn't know because it was so real when she touched
the wolf. If she was hypnotized the old woman has pretty astute in her
knowledge of what ever it was that happened. My friend had no fear of
the wolf and has gotten used to all kinds of things. The woman can also
disappear before her eyes and sometimes there is a space where you can't
see the other side of the room where the old woman's body would be
standing etc. The Indian woman said everyone could do these things if
they would get out of the way of their limiting minds. That is the trick
that seems so hard for the multitudes. People will say, " why would
anyone want to even do that?" Or What good is it anyway?" I myself think
it could come come in pretty handy if I were for some reason being
attacked, or going through places not safe to trod etc. Pepper
