Hello all,
   My name is WinterHeart and I am a new member of
your group. I am just starting down the road of
Kundalini release and hope I can learn some things
here. The only refrence I have had so far is the book
Kundalini and the Chakras... So needless to say I do
not have much knowledge :s) I have looked through a
few posts so far and am wondering something.... Do I
have to have someone guide me through this or can I
travel this on my own?

Thank you for allowing me to learn with you all. And
in advance thank you for any guidance I may recieve
