Dear Dona,

What a horrendous childhood you and your sister had!

One of the polls on the K list dealt with abuse. It seems to be one of the
"triggers" to Kundalini. One of the people polled wrote:

"I've heard a number of people theorize that survivors of
abuse have an advantage in spiritual attainment because they learn early the
skill of leaving the body. Staying grounded during the abuse would mean
emotional death so they figure out how to leave and, therefore, get glimpses
of other worlds"

Dreams of snakes are symbolic of Kundalini awakening. Your dream seems to
combine Christian and Kundalini symbolism. They sound pretty auspicious to
