I have been meditating for some time now and really didn't expect anything
like this to happen. I am afraid. Unfortunately the rest of my life is
crappy right now so i must find a way to keep afloat in that way too while I
experience this shift in consciousness. If anyone has some experience with
this type of thing it would be extremely helpful if you could share it.

Hi Barry,

It's difficult to know what is happening with you and why you are feeling
afraid. I would say, though, that fear equals resistance. Resistance means
that your path will be filled with stumbling blocks. See if you can get to
the source of your fear. Then release, release, release.

Why is your life crappy? And if your life is crappy why do you need to stay
afloat? Sometimes the best thing for a crappy life is to sink the boat
you're on and start anew. A leaky old boat isn't going to support your
"shift in consciousness." Release, release, release.
