I mentioned your realization about yourself to Deborah the other day,
and she gave some very excellent advice. Of course.....Deborah!
Why didn't I think of it? Her master's level training in Jungian psychology
is good for more than just dream interpretation, it turns out. Duh.
She doesn't know or care about kundalini, but she has so much wisdom......
In fact, she was the one who warned you about the chaos of the second time,
(the yoga teacher). She knew, because whe went out on a date with that chaos
once....then she stood mutely by while you went through it, and held her
tongue.
Then she helped you understand what your dreams were telling you about it.
What a friend. How could you help but be devoted to her?

I told her about how you'd realized that your own chaos causes you to be
attracted
to chaos, and how you feel that brings more unnecessary chaos into your life,
and she said: "Don't reject that part of yourself. negotiate with it, so
that you
can have it manifest in your life in more conscious, more acceptable ways".
Something like that. Simple, but I didn't think of it myself. So try that.
