Dear Barry,

Welcome! Glad you are here! :))

For me the best way of dealing with the energy is first *gratitude* (you
have been incredibly blessed! ) , and secondly to relax and let the energy
have its own way. (surrender) You may even find that the changes in
consciousness allow you to find new ways of dealing (or understanding) the
difficulties in your present life.

If you find the experience too overwhelming, you can also request it to be
gentle with you. It is a *positive* force, designed to help you.

If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask! :)) There are many,
many knowledgeable, experienced people on the list here who can help!
