Hi everyone.

I been fortunate to find this group. Recently and very suddenly I have experienced some very intense feelings and insights. I also have a bunch of the physical symptoms mentioned on the site. I have been meditating for some time now and really didn't expect anything like this to happen. I am afraid. Unfortunately the rest of my life is crappy right now so i must find a way to keep afloat in that way too while I experience this shift in consciousness. If anyone has some experience with this type of thing it would be extremely helpful if you could share it.
