Paul, that is so wonderful!! Reading this, I see.. a future so bright,
brighter for so many people whose lives you will touch with your compassion
and gentle understanding. Radiant!

You know, part of my vision for the mansion project was people taking
what they learned home with them, and using it to enrich their own
communities..

I think it will be a bit of both. Can I offer some public speaking advice?
First, admit to your audience that you are nervous.. get that out of
the way up front and then you won't be anymore. Next, if you get stuck not
knowing what to say, breathe. It is a trick I learned when I was doing
improv, and it is amazing. Taking a breath is a very natural pause, and it
sparks inspiration like nothing else!
