What is helping? Helping is more about you, than about who you are doing
things for. Helping is a love offering and also a healing act. Healing you,
when you feel sickly sorry for yourself, seek others less fortunate and
realize you are so much better off. Give at the times you have emptiness and
feel your loving for others fill you back up. Teaching is one of the very
best gifts. Rolemodelling, even better...

Rolemodelling respect for others and responsibility is the best gift you can
give to a single mother with a male child... just a few hours a week is
plenty. Costs no money, costs longterm loving loyalty and endearment... the
hardest thing to give unconditionally. (without judgement of who your subject
is)

Rolemodelling daily chores, respectful discussion and helpfulness, any
growing boy that has an absent father needs this to become a whole person.
There were many nights I laid awake crying that I didnt have this help...
many many.
