yeah i have been known to demand the very same thing when i think nobodys
listening! LOL just keep luaghing at yourself it helps :) it also helps for
me to remember a guy here in town called crazy frank... he is well known in
this small town for yelling and screaming and even fist fighting with his
invisible friend :( when i catch myself getting to upset with it all i think
" oh no im gonna end up like frank" and manage to get ahold of myself rather
quickly....
