I would not be alarmed by these thoughts, but instead let them take you down
the path. This is the beginning of the walk of letting go of Ego. IT is the
end of how you know life and the beginning of what life really is. Changes
always carry some amount of feeling of loss or futility. But the Ego believes
futility is a loss, and remember it is only your Ego speaking, clinging to
its existence.
