Opening to Kundalini is like giving up the shell you´ve been using and
holding on to so dearly for all of your life as protection from threats of
the past. Funny thing is you kind of get used to that shell and feel a bit
naked without it. You are trying to put your shell back on but in the end
you realise it doesn´t fit you any more, so you give in to your new state of
being. The more you can surrender and trust in the energy the better things
will be. A lot of turbulence and blocks are caused from when you want your
old shell back.
