How to keep Susan, you "goddess" you, laughing?
(While we are at it, how about someone giving their modern day definition of how they use and relate to the definition of the word "goddess"?)
Hmmmm..... keep Susan and Percyval and everyone else.... laughing...!
Ah, that's "the ticket," give a definition of "god/God"! Yeah, that's it!
Maybe I'm writing from that nasty place called "hell...." (Perhaps my irreverent Self has yet to be fully transformed... But do we want her to be?... that is the question..... Is there a sharp-tongued sarcastic Scorpio lurking somewhere in those astrological houses?... our zodiac friends will have to make the determination.)
Referencing Percyval's comment about hurling harsh language and the God concept:
Certainly said my fair share of "F" words and some more descriptive adjectives to "Father God." What surprised me is that "He" just wouldn't leave, no matter what I said or how I said it. There was no getting out of this; no chasing Him away.
No matter how much I "got in His Face," angrily giving Him more than one piece of my mind, ok, hurling them at Him in rapid fire sequence, He kept on staring back at me, always speaking gently in hushed voice like the famous unorthodox horse trainer "The Horse Whisperer."
(Book and movie that came out seventeen years after my experience. It is about a real person who was badly abused by his harsh father. His father trained horses by actually breaking their spirit. Spirit taught this man, as a boy, a better way, for which his father was so challenged that he beat his son repeatedly, trying to break his spirit just like he abused the horses. This boy, to his credit, stuck to his convictions and kept developing this model Spirit had given him. This boy grew into a man with unusual talent and skill for healing horses whom everyone else considered beyond repair. It was real love in action.)
(I have to admit, like those horses, with all that "horse whispering" I really started to like that gentle way and it did help me to chill so I could think straight, condensing all those swirling out of balance "yin"emotions/energy.)
"God" also has a great sense of humor, even telling me some of the "God jokes." (That was the last thing I would have expected, God telling mankind jokes about Himself. And no, to anticipate your question, I've never done any drugs. With a mind like this, who needs drugs!) He laughs a lot and quite heartily. (He ought to, He gets to be the "The God Guy.")
Also, The Guy likes dialog. Even angry dialog. He is always up for a conversation and He actually listens. There is nothing you can say that He won't listen to. I've tried it all. I couldn't "turn him off" no matter what I said or thought. None of it worked. So much for the "fire and brimstone" image or Denise would be one "blackened crispy critter" from all the lightning bolts taking dead aim, zapping the "moi" target.
Talk about Someone Who can maintain "the neutral zone" of Heart connected detachment. He likes passion no matter how ill-placed, the more the better. This is just part of what I spoke about how God was "babysitting me" when I related about "doing my up-on-the-mountain Moses imitation," Spirit maintaining me up on that 8th chakra, the "I AM" consciousness. (Pick a chakra model, some are seven, some ten, some twelve, others are infinity. You should hear what Spirit told me about the ego chakra and its place in the system. It will give you a good chuckle or even make you howl with laughter!)
The point? There are a lot more facets to this thing we call "the God concept." Besides, the "I AM" consciousness level really IS always with us; it's part of our design. Can't get away from "your Self."
Spirit keeps repeating the same "mantra" to me:
"Expand your God concept.
"Let your consciousness expand laterally.
"Move beyond the linear model of past, present, future.
"No limitations."
"All these models serve to get you started on your journey and place you in the mindset of 'discovery mode.' "
"Keep your belief system open-ended. Let Spirit add to it over time. It is a process, a process of developing greater awareness.
"The God concept is much larger and comprehensive (as in wide ranging) than any one cultural or religious model teaches. Combine them all and there is still more beyond that combined model.
"Travel beyond them all and learn what it is to 'live in liberty.'"
Something of the God concept relating to all the "little gods":
The greatest act of love someone did for me did not appear as an act of kindness at the time.
I was drowning in my own "pity party" emotional mud puddle, dwelling too much on the past and maintaining unproductive mental attitudes and life patterns. It is easy to do when you constantly recycle negative poisonous energy on your emotional, intellectual and heart levels (2, 3, and 4 in most models). They butt kicked me so hard that I landed clear across the street (far from that destructive mud puddle).
I thought they were "being mean" to me and that they didn't know what they were talking about since they didn't know all the details about me. It is that old "misinterpretation of others" thing that is found on the heart level when it is not yet clear. They knew the process. They were not fools.
They said, "Don't you know that you can drown and actually die in only one inch of water, that stupid mud puddle? Skip the whining pity party and get on with the business of life!
"You won't experience being well loved until you start to reach for it. And when you reach for it, expect a few others to slap back in rejection. Well, keep reaching for it and many more hands will reach out to you to connect, choosing to love, than you would ever expect is possible. It really does happen.
"And when you get re-connected, start giving love as much as you can and then more just comes your way. One day you will have walked out of this "stinking thinking" and realize the Truth and become Self actualized. Until then, these are the baby steps to success, to get you started on a journey that only brings fulfillment. Now get busy if you don't want to get butt kicked yet again!" (He was an old Marine war veteran plus friends. He was used to "storming the beaches." He would not take "no" for an answer. "HOORAH"!!!)
Well, they only had to tell me once... I'm a fast learner, burn me once and it's motivation time.
So, if you ever feel that Denise or someone else on this list has snake bit you or butt kicked you.... Well, Baby, just know that it is Love In Action! (chomp! Mmmm....tastes good, time to go digest all that bad stuff for them and transform it so they will feel better and start having some fun in this great Being called Life...my gift to you...)
