Dear Benoit,
The 'dirt inside' is not you... inside you are beautiful.
 The you that is you is not feelings... they came and they go... and they
pass... the you that is you can observe all these things and let them go.

 The you that is you is much loved.
Look back on your living and see if this is not true. You are loved - you
always have been - you always will be... and you are here... so glad that
you're here... that we can hear the you that is you :)
